Every Nellia proposal says where the system lives. There are two formats, and the difference is practical: who pays for the server, and who holds the data.
On your infrastructure
The system is installed on your company's own infrastructure. Nellia installs it, configures it and trains your team. The access is yours. The data stays in your database.
Managed by Nellia
Nellia runs the system and charges for that management. Access is only what the contract defines.
What this does to the price
We still do not publish a rate card, because the amount depends on the format and the scope. The plan gives you an investment range in writing. Cost only starts after you approve a proposal.
