WHERE WE COME FROM
Nellia's first big project was at Hotel Villa Lobos · Spa Romantik, a house that needed to modernise its guest operation. We wrote the system in there, module by module, with the front desk using each part as soon as it was ready. What was jamming the operation set the order of the work.
Out of that work came GudiSystem, live in production today, with direct booking, the WhatsApp journey, the guest portal and payments. A consulting engagement one client paid for became a product on the market, and Nellia maintains and develops it.
Nellia sells that work as four services. Managed revenue growth, custom software, customer conversations and CRM, AI reactivation. Each one starts with a look inside the operation, and in each one Nellia keeps operating after the system goes live.
Software written inside the operation is software that reaches production.
Nellia runs on the systems it built itself.
OUR ENGINES
Two systems carry Nellia's work, and Nellia built both. One started inside a client and became a product. The other is the console Nellia runs on, starting with Nellia itself.

The consulting contract provides that, if what Nellia builds becomes a product, the client becomes a referral partner and is paid on the referrals they close. The model is at /parceiros.

The people in the room with you are Nellia. The group is there when the project needs more hands.
When a project calls for a product designer, DevOps, QA and a scrum master at the same table, those people exist in the Fort Lauderdale, Montevideo and Bilbao bases. The group has been building software since 2013. The cases they publish live at squal.us.

You get the scope, the timeline and an investment range before you sign anything. If it does not make sense, it ends here, and what we found stays yours.

Building, and a weekly adjustment
Nellia builds it, puts it live and keeps operating alongside your team. Every week there is a meeting with the dashboard open, and whatever changes is written down. The person in that meeting is the person writing the code.
Commitments in writing
- On managed revenue growth, the contract is monthly, with 30 days' notice and no exit fee.
- The media budget for that service stays on your own card, with a ceiling you set.
- You choose between a private appliance, which runs on your company's infrastructure with the database in your hands, and the managed format, where Nellia hosts it and accesses only what the contract defines.

WHERE WE ARE
Nellia's base is at Euroville Mall, in Bragança Paulista, in the hills north of São Paulo. In the Bragança and Atibaia area we come to you, and everywhere else the work is remote, in Brazil and abroad. Nellia operates in Brazil. Outside Brazil, the same group works as Squalus across the Americas and Europe, and each region has its own base. The bases are in Bragança Paulista, Fort Lauderdale, Montevideo and Bilbao, and the group has been running since 2013. Under the developer name Squal Us, the Montevideo base publishes ten apps on Google Play, all of them for Uruguayan clubs, gyms and neighbourhood communities. If you hire Nellia in Brazil, you work with the Brazilian team.
