By accessing and using the Nellia website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website.

2. Description of Services

Nellia is a technology consultancy and development company. We provide consultancy, custom software, managed growth, customer service and CRM, and commercial automation using artificial intelligence, as well as the licensing and operation of the platforms we develop.

Services are delivered in one of two formats: installed on the client's own infrastructure, which the client then operates, or fully managed by Nellia. The scope, timelines and fees of each engagement are set out in the specific agreement referred to in clause 6.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website only for legitimate purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the website in any way that breaches local, national or international law
• Transmit material that is defamatory, offensive or otherwise inappropriate
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or to related systems

All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, images and software, is the property of Nellia or of its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

The specific services provided by Nellia are governed by separate agreements setting out the terms, conditions, timelines and costs of each project.

8. Google Sign-In and Connection

You may access some of our services using your Google account ("Sign in with Google"). By doing so, you agree to the sharing of the information described in our Privacy Policy.

Some Nellia products offer an optional connection to your Google Business Profile, used to import your business's public information. This connection requires your explicit authorisation and can be undone at any time from the product settings.

Our use of data obtained this way adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute shall be settled in the competent courts of São Paulo, Brazil.
