Pricing · How Nellia charges

What you pay depends on the scope and on where the system runs.

The scope of what has to be built moves the number, and where the system runs moves it again. A generic table ignores both, so Nellia does not publish one. The four formats differ in how the work is contracted and in who hosts the system.

Format 01

Fixed scope

One project, with the delivery and the number set in the plan before any building starts. The contract provides that, if what Nellia builds for you becomes a product, you come in as a referral partner and earn on the clients you send, with the terms in writing.

Format 02

Monthly retainer

Nellia works alongside your team every month, in one meeting a week with the dashboard open. On the growth retainer, the media budget stays on your own card, with a ceiling you set.

Format 03

Private appliance

The system runs on your infrastructure, with your database and your domain. Nellia installs it on your server and trains the people who will run it. If your team would rather integrate it themselves, the integration documentation ships with it.

  • Own useYour company runs the platform internally.
  • Client workUse with clients and the related rights are defined in the project scope and contract.

Format 04

Managed by Nellia

Nellia hosts the system and runs the infrastructure, and charges for that management. In this format, Nellia accesses only what the contract defines.

The growth contract is monthly. Leaving takes 30 days' notice and carries no penalty.

Who pays for infrastructure depends on the format. On the appliance, the server, the Meta and OpenAI APIs and the payment gateway stay in your name, with no Nellia margin on top. Under management, Nellia contracts the infrastructure and bills it.

The plan comes before any signature. We reply within one business day. If the case is inside what Nellia does, the plan arrives in five business days, with scope, timeline and an investment range. The assessment costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

Tell us the scope and where the system has to run. The rest comes in the plan.
